Job Title: Contracts Manager – Sub Structures
Location: East Midlands – national projects
Sector: Self Build Housing
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Company Car and Package

Are you an experienced sub structures manager?
Can you manage the groundworks stages of high-end self build projects around the UK?

You will be joining a leading name in the supply and install of timber framed self build residential Projects. Offering a service form groundworks through to frame install, you will be managing the sub structures stages of projects, drawing on your background in groundworks to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of projects.

Joining an existing team of five contracts managers, projects will be spread across the UK so some travel can be expected alongside visits to company HQ in Bedfordshire.

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

Have a strong background in managing groundworks for residential projects
Poses strong commercial acumen with an ability to monitor project costs and sub contractor performance
Would enjoy helping people build their dream homes
Are interested in projects with high architectural value
Can manage multiple projects and coordinate sub contractor performance both in a site context and remotely
