Set Square have partnered with an established multi award winning Regional Luxury Developer to appoint an NHBC Pride in the Job or similar award winning Contracts Manager. Due to growth of the region and a very strong 2021 in the pipeline they are looking to add a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. Covering sites across the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire region focusing on delivery of multiple sites on time, to budget and with an emphasis on ensuring nomination for NHBC and LABC awards.

Our client is a Luxury Housebuilder delivery high quality homes with an emphasis on premium design and finish with a build programme that is sympathetic to those aims. They have grown at a great rate since they were formed and have the senior management team, the finances and the ambitions to grow even further still, meaning for the right individual there will be promotion opportunities.

This is truly a regional opportunity and all sites are located within commutable distance of their office location. Due to significant growth in the region, they are actively seeking a Contracts Manager who has experience in working for a Housebuilder on New Build Housing projects.

You will have worked or be working for Luxury House Builder or PLC Builder or preferably both in your career and have personally overseen multiple Site Managers on numerous live housing developments.
