Hunter Mason are excited to be working with a commercial RICS Regulated Chartered Surveying Practice offering a full range of Building Consultancy, Fire Risk Management and Project Management services throughout the UK

We are looking for a Contracts/Project Manager

Experience:

* Project and contract management

* Running several small teams,

* Remedial's/contract work,

* social housing,

* Some fire knowledge helpful, not essential as training can be given.

Essential:

* Good presentation skills

* Close working with client

* Ability to write weekly reports

* Good IT knowledge.

Location:

* East of East Anglia, East Midlands, contracts in Milton Keynes, Cambridge and possibly Oxford
