Fawkes and Reece have teamed up with an up and coming Design and Build contractor with offices in Milton Keynes. My client us currently looking to recruit an outstanding Contracts Manager to manage multiple Design and Build projects in Milton Keynes across industrial and commercial schemes.
Due to a strong market presence and respected name in the sector my client is looking for a Contracts Manager with five-star service, professional, hands on attitude that can manage multiple project from inception to completion.
This Contracts Manager will be managing Design and Build Projects with values from £9m – £15m. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial and commercial from standard to high end.
