Our client requires an experienced Contracts Manager on a permanent basis to work around the High Wycombe and Harrow areas. The role will be working for a medium sized mechanical sub-contractor running all aspects of the delivery of commercial and new build domestic HVAC projects, including, plumbing, pipe fitting, duct fitting and air conditioning. Initially the role will involve managing two 2-million-pound projects running all aspects of the contract.
Successful Contracts or Projects Managers must have the following:
* A comprehensive understanding of the management of HVAC projects.
* A proven track record of project management of Mechanical and HVAC contracts.
* Up to date tickets and qualifications for contacts and project management.
The role will suit someone who has built a career in the MEP industry and has progressed to contracts management. The individual will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget and have the ability to work independently.
