Contracts Manager (Fit Out)
Covering projects in the Milton Keynes area.
Monday – Friday (Days)
6 Month Contract (potential for permanent role)

Are you an Contracts manager with knowledge of interior fit out projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position?
The company consists of a very driven, smaller team of people looking to grow and expand over the next 2-3 years, offering fantastic opportunities to internal and external candidates. Among the team is a wealth of experience and knowledge of the interior fit out industry. Due to a securing a new, large project they are looking to expand their team on a Contract basis with a Contracts manager
The successful candidate will need to have a background in Fit out/internal refurbishment projects and who is looking for their next immediately available contract, days based role.
The Role:

*50/50 split between office and Site. (3/4 projects) Office based in Milton Keynes
* Commercial Site Management: Tool Box Talks, H&S checks, Liaising with the Project Manager/site managers, Managing the sub-contractors, issuing and signing off timesheets,
* 6 Month (potential for extension/permanent placement)
*Immediately available, contract role

The Person:

* CSCS card
*Experience in fit out projects
*First Aid
* Available immediately
