Contracts Manager – £80K – Milton Keynes

We are recruiting on behalf of a housing developer with an exceptional reputation in the market place who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager. They operate across Milton Keynes, North Bucks, Northampton and Oxfordshire. The role will entail overseeing and managing circa four sites and Site Managers on various sized new build housing projects.

They will build 80 – 120 units per year project. These will predominantly be housing projects with some apartment schemes. They are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager who can manage effectively, and ensure sites are producing finished units to agreed timescales and to necessary quality levels.

In this role you will report to the Construction Director, and oversee programming, recruitment, Health & Safety, site conduct, site/project setup etc.

This will be a hands on role, managing the Site / Project Managers on a day to day basis.

Applicants are welcomed from those who have ideally worked as a Contracts Manager or as a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager looking to make the next step and a background in delivering housing schemes
