Contracts Co-Ordinator (Construction) – Milton Keynes – Up to £25K plus bonus
Our award winning client based in the construction industry are seeking a Contracts Co-Ordinator due to company growth. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience having worked in the construction environment.
The main tasks will include:
* Service applications.
* Producing Operation & Maintenance manuals and all handover documents.
* Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans.
* Staff training.
* General Health and Safety documents.
* General ordering for site – Amazon/eBay (requested by Project Managers).
* Office stationary ordering.
* Monthly progress reports (working with the contracts team to produce and issue the reports).
* General admin and office duties.
* ISO 14001 certification.
* Arranging monthly safety visits to each site.
* General Site Set Up (Admin).
* Basic IT support for staff.
* Assisting 2 Directors and office staff with administration duties to help in meeting deadlines.
* Excellent knowledge of IT packages including Adobe, Office 365 and PowerPoint.
