RESOURCER/ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for a trainee consultant or recruitment resourcer to join our team and support one of our consultants & help us deliver quality candidates to our clients.

Previous experience in recruitment resourcing is beneficial but not entirely necessary, as you will be trained.

Your duties will include:

* Using job boards to search for candidates

* Going through advert applicants and short list

* Liaise with the consultant to ensure full understanding of the roles and clients

* Deal with clients

* Speak to candidates on the phone

candidates must be serious & committed to this role so please only apply if this could be a long-term position for you.

Ideal Candidate would need to be outgoing, Confident, work well as a team, organised and professional with a great eye for detail would fit in well.
