The CSR Group invite applications from suitably qualified Construction Directors to join one of Irelands fastest growing Contracting Companies. Based in their new office in the Midlands you will be joining a company that has been established for over 40 years with an extensive track record of project delivery throughout the UK & Ireland.

This new position is aimed at attracting an ambitious professional with solid commercial business knowledge, who is currently at Senior Contracts Manager level and wishes to make the next step in their career or someone at Director level that is ready to make the move to the Construction Director position answering to the Board.

This role will be based in Milton Keynes but will require travel on a regular basis throughout the UK overseeing both Operations and Business Development for the Company. As the face of the company you will be expected to be highly professional, commercially aware, technically experienced and willing to drive the business forward.

With projects ranging from £5 to £25million this company will hope to attract candidates willing to drive the business on and enable them to compete for larger contracts throughout the region as they grow. In return you will be rewarded with an excellent salary package + benefits.
