JOB DESCRIPTION – Construction Director
Watsham Consulting is in search of an organised, experienced Construction Director to join a residential developer based in Beaconsfield.
As Construction Director you will implement and enhance current procedures to ensure the company operates safely, efficiently and professionally, producing high quality developments within budget and agreed timescales and to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
In order to be considered for this position your CV must demonstrate a track record of managing and motivating a team to deliver multiple apartment and housing projects efficiently, to a tight schedule and to the highest standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES – Construction Director:
To comply with the companies Health, Safety & Environment Policy in order to ensure a safe working environment for employees, subcontractors and members of the public.
To work alongside other senior management to positively influence the progression and strategic direction of the company.
To prepare and monitor all build programmes and budgets.
To recruit and manage site managers and other key construction staff as required.
To work in partnership with the commercial team to monitor each sites performance against agreed budgets.
To work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure industry leading customer satisfaction is delivered across all sites.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Extensive experience in residential housebuilding
Educated to Degree level specifically within the Construction sector
NHBC award recognised
