This is a brand new position for a group compliance manager to join a privately owned and highly successful manufacturer of specialist windows, doors and glass and glazing products servicing the installer, commercial and new build sectors throughout the UK.

* Having developed an enviable reputation for quality and service in the double glazing and fenestration industry for over 30 years, continued profitable growth has created the need for a compliance manager to join the senior management team to help galvanise the groups activities from an overall compliance viewpoint.

* This will include looking after three divisional companies in PVCu, Aluminium and Glass. The main purpose of the role will be ensuring compliance to ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001 plus any other standards that the business may require, ensuring quality within in a continuous improvement culture.

* As the group compliance manager you and your team will provide a support function to help the continued growth of the business supporting the in house manufacturing facilities, customers and installers.

* Ideally the group compliance manager will have worked in the double glazing, fenestration industry or in a related window manufacturing business, however this is not essential, it is more important to have experience of understanding compliance procedures in a multi million pound manufacturing business.
