Our client are a leading residential groundworks contractor based in Bedfordshire. They have an enviable client base of national house builders in the East Midlands and Northern home counties. As part of a controlled period of growth and expansion they are recruiting a Commercial Manager to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors financially managing groundworks packages. The role will be office based in Milton Keynes. You'll be responsible for:

* Managing a commercial team

* Valuation analysis

* Cash flow analysis

* Tender adjudications

To be considered you'll have a background and track record working for an established groundworks contractor in a similar role.
