COMMERCIAL MANAGER REQUIRED

We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Manager for a well established contrator based in Milton Keynes.

Main Duties:

Develop and expand the commercial knowledge of the commercial team
Provide contractual advice during the tendering process
Review all commercial plans to deliver maximum margin
Identify improvements to commercial procedures
Manage the monthly commercial audit process
Ensure the subcontract process is administered correctly
Complete monthly review of contract results and performance
Carry out cashflow and Work in Progress reporting
Manage and review cost to complete forecasts
Maximise monthly valuations
Manage and review cost to complete forecasts while capturing extra cost throughout the project The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and at least 7 years experience in a similar role
