Job Title: Commercial Manager

An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to work for a leading Infrastructure Company within the communications division.

As a Commercial Manager you will be working across various rail projects, so it is essential you have main contractor experience

As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the below

NEC Contract Management
Full commercial management of project life cycle
Contract management of projects over 10Million
Building & developing client relationships
Ensuring projects are delivered in line with the contractual agreements – whilst monitoring all milestones and risks and proactively managing any risk
As a Commercial Manager the below is essential

Minimum 5 years experience within rail & construction projects
HND/degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
