Position: Commercial Gas Contracts Manager

Location: Based in a Commutable location to High Wycombe

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £45,000 to £55,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Manager to work for an established company that deals with commercial heating throughout the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire areas.

This role will involve monitoring and reviewing call outs, reviewing engineers training and tickets, dealing with suppliers, direct contact with clients in reference to contract management of planned and reactive maintenance, Manage small install works, Site Surveys, Risk assessments, small quotations and technical support

Requirements

Strong working background in commercial heating
Worked as either a Service or Contract manager or Supervisor
Must be technical on the plumbing and heating side (tickets do not need to be valid)
Strong IT skills
Very client focused
Able to complete risk assessments and method statements
Worked to KPI's
Full UK driving licence
Qualified to deal with health and safety would be an advantage
Based in a commutable distance to High Wycombe
