Our clients is a well established family owned contractor who has been a major player in the UK Civil Engineering industry for over 35 years. They are looking for a Civil Supervisor to join the team on an exciting new project based around Bedfordshire.

The Civil Supervisor role:
We are looking for a Supervisor who has experience working on Street Works projects, or broadband installation projects.
You will assist the Project Manager to ensure quality is maintained on site, deadlines are met in a cost effective manner.

Responsibilities of Civil Supervisor:

Review plans and ensure all documentation is available as required
Manage day to day site activity
Manage Health and Safety on site
Ensure feedback is provided in a timely manner
Perform toolbox talks
Routinely review site risk assessments
Skills required:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good people management skills
Proactive approach to problem solving
Performance management
Effective communication
Qualifications required:

NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor Card- Essential
