This exciting construction business are small but mighty – with big ambitions to transform the nature of solar panel products and how we use them in building.

They are now seeking a senior business leader, to take up the role of Chief Executive Officer and help build the sales and commercial strategy and drive business growth.

You'll need to be a roofing professional for this role – maybe you've worked in senior management roles within the construction industry, ideally standing seam metal roofs.

Someone who has worked in start-up or small business environments would be ideal, where you've defined a strategy and built a team, worked with global investors, etc.

This is a technology-led organisation, seeking a motivated CEO who is energised by their mission on sustainable construction and modern manufacturing techniques.

Location: you can be anywhere in the UK – the company's manufacturing site is in Wales, but you will be regularly travelling nationwide and working from home too.

Salary: this is truly open to discussion depending on your experience and what you'll bring to the table (hopefully an extensive network of industry contacts!)

Benefits: 25 days' holiday, car allowance and bonus (depending on company performance – again this is negotiable)
