Carpenter / Maintenance Person
Location: Bellingdon, Chesham, HP5 2XW, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Circa £35000, DOE
Contract: Permanent, full Time
We have a well-established client base and pride ourselves on giving our clients a professional service providing high-end maintenance and installation work carrying out a range of works from complete refurbishments and extensions to include luxury bathrooms and kitchen installations and a variety of 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works.
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Carpenter who is ready to build on his/her already proven skills to join our team of qualified trades people to work on a variety of projects in and around Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
The Successful candidate to join our team to carry out a variety of carpentry works, mainly 2nd fix and general maintenance in a variety of projects.
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills/experience:
* Extensive knowledge and experience of 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works
* Able to work individually or as part of a team
* You will have excellent communication skills with an ability to discuss customer requirements in a clear and concise way
* Driving licence essential
