Main Objective: To install bespoke joinery and furniture items, including but not limited to; Tea Points, Worktops, Ceiling Features, Display Shelving, Storage Walls, Divider Screens, Reception Desks, Booth Seating.
Basic Hours: 6am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Travel Inclusive.
Overtime Reward: Mon-Fri (Time + 1/3), Sat (Time + ½), Sun (Double Time).
Location: 90% of our work based in London, though will have the opportunity to travel to work nationally at the expense of the company.
The Successful Candidate:
A motivated individual, with great attention to detail. Someone who is confident on the tools, and will see things through to completion. Always takes pride in the quality of work and ensures client satisfaction.
Essential requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience in Carpentry/Joinery /Shop fitting
* Previous construction site experience
* CSCS Card – Wood Occupations
* Holds a full UK Driving License
* Full set of hand tools; including chisel, block plane & electric drill.
Desirable
* Experience in Bespoke/Specialist Joinery
* CSCS Gold
* Hole saw Kit

Key Responsibilities:
* Install structures and fixtures; bespoke and diverse.
* Measure, cut and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
* Construct building frameworks, including partitions, and doorframes.
* Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
* Loading and Unloading items with caution and care.
* Delivery and installation of items to site location, with due care, to company standards.
* Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety, COSHH and other relevant legislations alike.
* Always follows site policies and procedures, in relation to site access, storage and facilities to meet the needs of client.
* Provide professional service to clients on behalf of the Company, with self-awareness and personal conduct.
Skills & Attributes:
* Quick learner who works well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Good mathematical skills, with confidence to read detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings.
* Ability to work alone without guidance, as well as efficiently as part of a team.
* Good level of English, with ability to communicate effectively.
* Can lead, instructs and direct laborer's and other construction helpers
