A position has arisen with a company based in the Buckinghamshire area as a Carpenter to carry out maintenance within social housing.

As the Carpenter you will be responsible for:
• Representing the company whilst working within domestic properties
• Working alongside other trades professionals to complete projects to the highest standard where necessary
• Call Out rota
• Joinery/Carpentry fixes
• 1st/2nd/Final fix repairs
• Basic Plumbing, tiling, patch plastering

In order to be eligible for the Carpenter role you must:
• Have a full clean UK driving licence
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent
• Be tidy and customer facing
• Have a good attention to detail
• Social Housing Experience
