SRS Joinery is a medium sized, established bespoke joinery and cabinet manufacturer based in High Wycombe. We work with end users, contractors, designers and architects in London and the Home Counties to help realise their designs from concept, through manufacture to delivery / installation. An important part of this process is working closely with our clients to develop their brief in to a resolved solution which can be manufactured within budget, while maintaining their original concept ideas.

We are now actively seeking a CAD designer / surveyor to join our team.

Responsibilites

The successful candidate will be involved in the following tasks:

* Design discussions with clients, architects, interior designers and colleagues.

* Site surveying ranging from commercial office fit outs, complete high end residential projects or a single wardrobe for the end user.

* Design development and CAD drafting of traditional joinery products and bespoke cabinet items to full workshop production drawings;

* Work alongside workshop manager, factory operatives and the sales team to develop designs.

Role Requirements

* Experience of producing working manufacture drawings required for manufacture.

* Experience on Autocad is essential, Sketchup preferable and Cabinet Vision an advantage.

* Some experience of joinery and cabinet drafting is preferable.

* Other software to be used in day to-day operations in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
