BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are currently looking for an experienced BDM for a well established Commercial Refurb & Office Fit-Out contractor based in Milton Keynes due to an increase growth within the business, taking over existing accounts and heading up the new sales division. Ideally we are looking for someone who has extensive experience in the construction industry.

Duties

Growth of consultancy relationships (existing & new)

Contacting potential clients, securing meetings and establishing rapport

Plan new marketing initiatives

Research organizations to hunt down opportunities

Increase business with current customers

Find & develop new markets

Attend conferences/industry events

Ensure the development team are hitting current goals

Provide training & support
