Pay Rate: £310 / day – Inside IR35 (Paid Umbrella)

This is a great opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work on large rail infrastructure projects in the Milton Keynes area. Within this role you will provide cost estimates for replacement buildings, advise on development appraisals, negotiate dilapidations and condition surveys, advise on cost proposals, as well as undertaking physical inspections, uploading all information onto the clients database.
 
Essential:
·Background of Building Surveying
·Previous completion of an accredited RICS course.
·Ability to work weekends and nights when required.
·Knowledge of Building Services.
 
Preferred:
·STE5 Certification
·Prior Rail Experience, preferred not necessary.
·RICS / CIOB Chartered Membership
