A leading UK multi-disciplinary property consultancy is looking to recruit a Director to head up a successful team of building surveyors based in Milton Keynes.

Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director or Associate Director ready to step up, to join the company in its Milton Keynes office and manage the established team, whilst driving new business, managing existing clients and mentoring junior surveyors.

The building surveying team provide a full spectrum of professional services and project management work to an impressive client base of property investors, developers and occupiers across multiple sectors. The Director position will be a fee-earning role alongside managing the team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a Director or Associate Director level Chartered Building Surveyor with proven experience of managing & developing a team and driving business development.
