Building Services Engineer

Main Contractor – Commercial Project

Permanent: Salary up to £58,000 + Package

Project Location: Milton Keynes

We are currently searching for a Building Services Manager to join one of the world’s most successful main contractors. Covering a large array of sectors, this company specialise in major project generally upwards of £100m in value. This particular scheme is valued at £150m and is the construction of a 500,000 sq. ft. office hub. This landmark commercial building will bring state of the art facilities to the area and is due for completion in Q4 2022.

As Building Services Engineer, you will play a pinnacle role in the Mechanical and Electrical installation throughout the project. Reporting to the BSM and Project Director, you will oversee multiple M&E packages throughout the scheme, from HVAC to data ports.

Required:

* 3 + years specialising in M&E package installation management, ideally working for a main contractor.

* Strong M&E package knowledge with an electrical bias being favourable.

* Ability to oversee up to 10 packages simultaneously and effectively organise all of them.

* Strong communication skills in order to effectively liaise with subcontractors and internal management teams.

* CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are essential.
