MRICS qualified Building Disrepair Surveyor

Our client are actively seeking a RICS registered chartered disrepair surveyor.

This home-based role consists of carrying out expert witness services related to housing disrepair. Our client is an established and well-respected practice who cover housing disrepair claims and surveys on social housing throughout the UK.

If you are looking for a varied and fast paced housing disrepair role, then this position could be perfect for you.

The successful Housing disrepair/building surveyor will have:

• MRICS accreditation

• Facilities to work from home.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Ability to write clear and concise reports.

• Recent and demonstrable experience in a similar role.

• Able to work as part of a team and also be self-sufficient and

organised

Hours: 20 – 40 per week

Salary to be discussed depending on experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent
