Building Control Surveyors needed at various levels of experience!
 
Would you like the possibility to work for a rapidly growing Approved inspector based out of their Milton Keynes office?
 
What will you do?
 
Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:
 
·Conducting technical reviews of building control submissions
·Preparing and issuing Plan Check Reports and Certificates
·Attending meetings and liaising with clients, design teams, architects, and contractors
·Conducting site visits and inspections with reports and follow up measures put in place
·Identify Business Development Opportunities

The Person
 
My client are looking for experienced or qualified building control surveyors with ideally RICS status or equivalent.
 
Alternatively they are open to looking at trainees with relevant qualifications/experience in construction, engineering, surveying or similar.
