BIM & Services Coordinator

Salary – Negotiable

We're working with a multi award winning company who design integrated and supported IT, unified communication and automation solutions for over two decades. They work within a variety of sectors from, commercial, residential, hospitality and leisure to name a few.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a BIM & Services Coordinator who will be reporting to the Commercial Design Manager and being responsible for one direct report.

Further responsibilities, but are not limited to:

Using Revit to create families, setup new projects and place components to create a project specific AV BIM models
Managing and maintaining all BIM related documentation, standards, and processes
Monitoring and administration of any relevant Main Contractor's project document control and management websites/portals, for necessary documentation, and models to support the project
Reviewing clash reports and running internal clash detection tests
Managing coordination processes within the model and coordinating with other trades
Tracking and recording changes and developments in the model and reporting to the assigned Project team members
Inputting asset information in COBie and/or bespoke formats
Providing supplementary BIM support to the sales team on tender proposals, and any other supporting documentation required, and possible post bid meeting attendanceSkills and experiences required:

Demonstrated experience in Revit & BIM modelling
Competent drafting experience in AutoCAD
Experience in either AV, M&E or similar
Knowledge of Navisworks is beneficial
Experience with COBie desirable
