Job title: Assistant Town Planner

An excellent opportunity has opened for an Assistant Town Planner to join an established small independent practice based in the Milton Keynes area on a permanent basis.

With 3 senior level people in the team we are looking for the successful Assistant Town Planner to be able to hit the ground running whilst being supported by your senior colleagues.

Your day to day duties will consist of:-

– Working on a wide range of small scale projects

– Preparing Planning appeals

– Working on Minor Planning Applications

– Submitting Residential, Commercial & Householder development applications

We are looking for an Assistant Town Planner to have the following qualifications and experience:-

MSc in Town Planning
Work experience (Ideally but not essential 6 months+) in a private practice or LPA
Own car and full UK driving license
Career driven and take the initiative to work as part of a small team
