Position: Assistant Site Manager – New Build Residential – Milton Keynes
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Client Overview: We are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a recognised Leading developer. They have an outstanding reputation for delivering a high quality project on time and budget and their sites frequently win NHBC and design awards.
Project: Our client are just starting a 500 unit timber frame, new build residential project in Milton Keynes.
It will consist of both houses and low rise apartments. This is a technically challenging project of bespoke units.
It is a 4 year programme and the successful individual will report to the Site Manager on site. You will be expected to lead the sub contractors to a successful delivery and have previous experience on new build residential projects, either with either a main contractor or developer.
Individual: The successful candidate will need to have experience on residential projects of a similar size & be strong in programming and driving the project.
