Assistant Site Manager – Northern Home Counties – £35K to £45K depending on experience

* Assistant Site Manager with experience working on projects within new build housing projects.

* You will join a leading UK Housebuilder that specialises in bespoke, rural location developments whom are different in their attitude and employment welfare, to the well known PLC's.

* The development is made up of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses.

* As an Assistant Site Manager you will be managed by an experienced Site Manager and play an integral part in helping to deliver the site from setup to handover,

* Running the Trades and Labour on site to keep the build on track and work meticulously in resolving any disputes or under performing trades to get them back on track.

* Assist with the project planning and build programming.

* Working to a generous build programme that allows quality over quantity and acceptable time scales.

* Take care of the site in the absence of the Number One Site Manager.

Candidate specification

* My client is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager with experience on residential projects.

* You must demonstrate a stable career background and enthusiasm to carry on learning and developing your skills, whilst having the desire to become a Number One SM in the future.

* You must have a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.

* Friendly, professional, self-motivated, career driven

* A track record in building and maintaining relationships with trades.

* Ideally living within one hours commute of Milton Keynes, you will be covering sites within Northern Home Counties.
