Our client is a reputable residential developer that specialise in building luxury homes. We are pleased to be recruiting for their Chiltern division which covers the Thames Valley area, they currently have a vacancy for an experienced Assistant Site Manager within this region.

The initial project this ASM will work on is a large traditional build development of 1 -2 bed apartments, and 3 – 4 bed houses based in Buckinghamshire. The scheme still has up to 4 years left to completion.

The right individual for this position will have 2-5 years' experience working for established residential developers on new build residential developments, in particular traditional builds. They will have a desire to drive their projects forward and ability to demonstrate an excellent eye for detail and finishing to a high standard.
