We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our client, a luxury developer, to work on the externals aspect of an apartments scheme in Berkshire.

Your responsibilities will be with the finishings of the brickwork and other externals aspects of the build.

Duties will include-

Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme
Manage all aspects of the construction process; this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing excellent customer satisfaction
Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high-quality image

About you-
You would have worked for a reputable UK residential developer or Main Contractor.
Ideally, have either a construction related qualification or a trade background If your experience is relevant to the above please apply today
