Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager for their residential development in Bedford.

You will be working on a development consisting of over 150 traditional build plots, responsible for overseeing houses from groundworks through to completion.

As a Site Manager, you will be managing 1 Trainee Assistant Manager who will oversee the internal fitout.

Candidates must have experience working on residential schemes for a high volume UK House builder.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
