We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join our client a reputable housebuilder who build across the northern home counties.

The role would be working on a traditional build scheme consisting of 51 units with over a year left to run.
Responsibilities will include-

Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme
Manage all aspects of the construction process; this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing excellent customer satisfaction
Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high-quality image

About you-
You would have worked for a reputable UK residential developer or Main Contractor.
Ideally, have either a construction related qualification or a trade background If your experience is relevant to the above please apply today
