We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join our client, a national house builder, with an excellent reputation.

You will be assisting the site team on a new project just outside Milton Keynes, consisting of tradtional build and timber frame homes, along with modular build units. Responsibilities will include-

Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme
Manage all aspects of the construction process; this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing excellent customer satisfaction
Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high-quality imageSuitable candidates will:

Have worked for a reputable UK residential developer or main contractor in a similar role
Ideally have either a construction related qualification or a trade background
