We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join our client, a national house builder, as part of a reputable region.

You will be responsible for working with a Site Manager on a traditional build housing site in Buckinghamshire. This opportunity has the potential to be TEMP-PERM for the right candidate.

Responsibilities will include-

Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme
Manage all aspects of the construction process; this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing excellent customer satisfaction
Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high-quality image

About you-
You would have worked for a reputable UK residential developer or Main Contractor.
Ideally, have either a construction related qualification or a trade background If your experience is relevant to the above please apply today
