I'm currently working with a leading UK Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Assistant Site Manager, for their new residential scheme based around the Milton Keynes area. My client builds a number of traditional and timber frame houses across the UK.

The project consists of 200 units plus, mainly timber frame units, at is currently at groundworks stage. Timber frame experience is essential here. You will be assisting the Site Manager on daily tasks, overseeing sub-contractors, health and safety on site and reporting into a Site Manager

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate and this will be on a temp to perm basis.
