Assistant Site Manager

New build school project

Freelance/Temporary: £210 per day

Little Chalfont

We are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a national main contractor on a new build school scheme based in Little Chalfont. It is a 17-week fast-track project which is currently in enabling works. You will have the opportunity to be part of the scheme from the beginning and run it with assistance from a visiting Senior Site Manager.

Required:

* 2+ years working in site management.

* Strong I.T. skills with proficiency on Microsoft Office packages.

* Experience delivering Tool Box Talks and Site Inductions.

* Ability to liaise with subcontractors, internal staff, and client teams.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
