Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager for their large residential development in Milton Keynes. You will be working on a residential scheme consisting of 400 units, all traditional build.

You will be responsible for taking units from 1st fix through to completion underneath a Site Manager on a block of traditional build units.

Candidates must have experience working on residential schemes for a high volume UK House builder.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
