We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join our client, a five star house builder with work in the Milton Keynes patch.

The role will be working alongside a Site Manager on a busy traditional build project in Milton Keynes, duties include-

Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme
Manage all aspects of the construction process; this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing excellent customer satisfaction
Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high-quality image
Suitable candidates will have experience in the above an would've previously worked for an established housebuilder. Ideally you will have a trade background or an industry related qualification. A valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate is essential.
