A small construction consultancy business carrying out Quantity Surveying and Project Management roles on a variety of diverse projects based around the Milton Keynes area. We are looking for someone who can add value to my client's team. You will need to be proactive and a flexible person who is self-motivated, wants to get stuck in and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

My client has a fantastic reputation with clients relationships that date back over 30 years. They work across a range of sectors including Commercial, Hotels, Residential and Industrial.
THE POSITION
Measurement off drawings for small building projects
On site measurements
Placing of contractors and subcontractors orders
Valuations and certificates of payment
Cost control of projects
Financial reporting to clients
Assisting in the completion of Building Contracts
Assisting in tender process
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor must have:
2 – 4 years of experience/training in Quantity Surveying
Good organisation and time management skills
Sound knowledge of excel, word, and other Microsoft packages
Good overall IT Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer care skills
Attention to detail and good numeracy skills
Valid driving licence.
