An amazing opportunity has arisen for a driven, confident Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning Tier 1 Property Developer at their Maidenhead office.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established, dynamic commercial team working on exciting developments building award-winning homes in the region.

Initially working on a prestigious residential development in Ascot consisting of beautiful new build homes and top-quality refurbishments.

The role is office based in Maidenhead, working closely alongside the Senior Surveyor and Commercial Director, and will require occasional site visits.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

Experience working with a house builder / developer
Experience working on residential projects
Experience in a similar role or looking for a step upIn Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£30,000 – £40,000
