Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a long established, award winning Main Contractor who undertake new build and refurbishment projects between £1-50 million in value
They successfully work across most sectors including education, health, student accommodation, residential, hotels, industrial and retail
You will be site based in Milton Keynes
This is an opportune time to join their growing region – they have 75% of their turnover secured for 2022 so there will be plenty of opportunities to progress

You will be part of our clients training academy and will be constantly upskilled through attending relevant construction courses / training
You will be site based and will learn through working closely to the construction process
You will have support/ guidance/ input from Senior Management (management work closely with their teams on site)

Your new role
You will be a site based Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking after the commercial aspects of a £3.5m new build school in Milton Keynes
You will be the commercial presence on site and will have a visiting Senior Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
HNC or above in a construction related discipline
Experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on new build general contracting schemes
2 years or more experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
