About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB Are looking to recruit a Assistant Office manager.
The successful candidate will:
Supporting the maintenance of the project site offices and welfare facilities
Support to the project and office security and vetting applications for site team and temporary visitor clearance, where applicable
Support to the IT team for connectivity and services provision
Support to the Premises Manager and the Premises Management Plan and office safety procedures.
Fire Coordinator scheduled testing of fire safety systems
Ensuring adequate Fire Marshals and First Aiders are appointed and available
Allocation of work space and office arrangements for personnel
Maintenance of office consumables and office services
Establishment and maintenance of the project consumables storage areas
Administration support to all areas of the project
Supporting the delivery of office inductions for new personnel and ensuring DSE assessments are carried out
Support to the Vehicle Management Booking System (VMBS) for site deliveries and booking in procedures, where applicable
Supporting the entering of Goods Received Notes into the Project finance system, where applicable.
Supporting Invoice matching, where applicable
Ad-hoc management reporting and information
Support for the management of the Information systems BIMXtra and CEMAR
Supporting the Project Access Control system – Biosite
Support for production of Payroll information for monthly and weekly paid staff and operatives for all JV partners via GaneTime
Responsible for the production of Payroll information for monthly paid staff for all JV partners via GaneTime
Supporting the training of additional Project administrators for all locations, where applicable
