Company & Project: A regional multi-disciplinary practice are seeking to recruit an ambitious Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor, to complement their quantity surveying team in Buckinghamshire/Oxfordshire.

Our client has a good track record across the UK market and have delivered projects ranging from £5m to £20m in this area.

The senior management team has effective leadership, employee development, and business acumen, offering an excellent opportunity for career progression for the successful candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for assisting a Senior QS with the cost management on M&E packages c£1m-£10m on projects across multiple sectors. Specialising on the mechanical and electrical services of each project.

You will be expected to assist in the delivery of full pre and post contract cost management duties for Design and Build projects.

Desirable Experience:

* Minimum 1 years+ experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.

* Good communication skills and team working.

* Experience previously working at a Main Contractor, Sub-Contractor or Consultant.

* Previous Roles: M&E Quantity Surveyor OR Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor OR Trainee M&E Quantity Surveyor.

Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Quantity Surveying (or currently studying for the same).
