A medium sized House Builder are offering a great opportunity to appoint an Assistant Estimator to join their Commercial team due to the successful growth of the department. The region offers a great working environment where the internal departments work collaboratively in the aim of building a high-quality product with an eye-catching design and enviable kerb appeal.

Your role will be to support the estimating function with the department and some of your duties may include:

· Collecting and maintaining data
· Analysing costs
· Completing take off measurements from drawings
· Producing quotations and cost plans from feasibility to final costing stages.
· Understanding development briefs.
· Assisting and preparation of estimates for land appraisals.
· Measurement and utilising of the Companies software packages.
· Maintaining build cost libraries.
· Build cost analysis.
