Our clients are a leading door manufacturer and installation company based in Milton Keynes. They are currently seeking an assistant engineer to work with an experienced team leader across the south and south east of England assisting with the removal and installation of doors and security doors.

Duties of the role are:

Working with an experienced team leader
Assisting in the loading and unloading of installation vehicles
Ensuring all installation equipment are available from the job sheets for each job
Following correct health and safety procedures
Stripping out old units
Preparation of apertures for the new units
Fixing new units to the correct specifications
Finishing and sealing new units
Working in a clean and tidy environment in accordance with health and safety rules
Operation of various tools and power equipment
Working at heights will be required
Completion of all paperwork in conjunction with the team leader
Completion of relevant training courses

The successful applicant will:

Hold a relevant CSCS card
Have experience working in a similar role
Have or be able to obtain an enhanced DBS certificate
Full clean driving license
