Are you a Graduate Surveyor looking for your first Assistant Building Surveyor opportunity?

Are you looking for a longterm Rail contract role?

My client is looking for a Assistant Building Surveyor to help survey roughly 800 properties across the region.

Rate: dependent on experience
How long: 12 months, 37 hours per week.
Location: works will be based between Milton Keynes and Watford as that is where a lot of the sites are based, a van will be provided for work use.

Responsbilities and Requirements:

Undertaking surveying duties, updating the assets basis.
Taking site inspection duties.
Assisting with survey plans and CAD – computer aided design.
Getting out into portfolio of assets.
Valid driving license.
Additional Information:
Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Applications for this role closes on the 23rd of June. Please note this role will require some weekend working and overnight stays
